What I Ate Wednesday {paleo edition}

I also had 1 loving cup of mixed raw veggies and a fuji apple. {496 calories, 28g protein, 15g fiber}

6pm Dinner: We had friends over for dinner that are pretty strict paleo eaters, which is why I decided to go far an all paleo day for me too. We had Cilantro-Lime Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Cauliflower (minus the parmesan). It was delicious! {378 calories, 35g protein, 3g fiber}
8pm Dessert: I made these Dark Chocolate Fudge Tarts since we had guests. They are SO proficient! I just had half and shared the rest with my toddler who kept begging for more. 🙂 {127 calories, 2.7g poly peptide, 3g fiber}

{1501 calories, 30g fiber, 86g protein}
